You know it, we know it and the couple who desperately wants a family knows it. By becoming an egg donor, you’re not only helping a couple in need, you’re also helping yourself (hello, compensation!). What’s not to love?
How egg donation works
Step 1
Fill out an application
Complete our online egg donor application, and we’ll contact you within 24 hours to let you know if you’ve been approved.
Step 2
Undergo health screenings
Once your initial application is approved, you’ll then need to complete physical, genetic and psychological health screenings, as well as a pregnancy test and Pap smear.
Step 3
Create donor profile
After receiving medical and psychological clearance, you’ll work with our donor coordinator to complete your donor profile. This will include things like your personal and family medical history, pictures, personal prompts and more. Think of it like a really honest dating profile.
Step 4
Stimulate those eggs, baby!
Once you’ve been matched with a recipient, you’ll undergo the stimulation process. This involves syncing your cycle via birth control pills, taking daily hormone injections and attending a few office visits for monitoring.
Step 5
Retrieval day
You’ve made it! You’ll be in the office for about three hours total. However, the actual retrieval procedure only takes about 20 to 30 minutes. You will receive anesthesia for the procedure, but you can resume work and normal daily activities the following day.

FAQ
For our egg donors who complete a full cycle and have multiple eggs retrieved for our clients, we offer industry standard egg donor compensation of $6,000.
Should we need to cancel the cycle through no fault of your own, you will still receive $500 for your efforts. There might be multiple reasons for a canceled cycle, some of which may be due to the recipient of the eggs.
You’ll first submit your egg donor application. If everything looks good, we’ll invite you to get started with the testing phase.
The amount of time it takes to be chosen for a cycle varies for every donor. Once an intended parent has chosen your profile, the screening process takes about six weeks to complete. Your retrieval is usually three to four weeks after the start of injections.
You will take medications/hormones through subcutaneous injections. Your donor coordinator will give you an injection training and make sure you’re comfortable administering your own injections.
There is no evidence that donating your eggs will cause problems with your future fertility.
