Dang girl, you’ve got some great eggs

Hey, you! Yes, we mean you over there with the great eggs. Have you ever thought of being an egg donor? You can help someone else finally have the baby of their dreams and earn generous compensation (hello, $6,000). If that sounds good to you, we can help you learn how to qualify to be an egg donor.

Every egg bank is a little bit different, but we can tell you what you need to know about our Austin egg donation program.

Age

You’ve heard that you’re only as old as you feel, but this doesn’t apply to eggs. That’s why we’re looking for egg donors between the ages of 18 and 30.

BMI

Egg donation is safest and most successful for women with a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 to 24.9.

Lifestyle

Certain things like smoking can harm those little eggs, so the best egg donors are non-smokers who live a healthy lifestyle.

Family History

Certain conditions like sickle cell disease and cystic fibrosis are inherited, so we can only accept donors who don’t have inheritable genetic illnesses in their family.

You’ll also want to have a reliable form of transportation and a schedule that will allow you to make it to early morning monitoring appointments during your donation cycle.
