Egg Donor Qualifications

If you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed below, please click on the “Donor Application” button to begin the screening process. If the information obtained is consistent with FDA and TFC practice guidelines, you will be scheduled for a consultation with one of our donor coordinators. Here the enrollment process will be explained as well as screening and cycling procedures and expectations. There will also be a discussion of the risks and potential complications of becoming a donor, and you will be given the opportunity to ask any questions or voice any concerns.

Qualifications include:

21-31 years of age
Non-smokers and drug-free
Excellent general health
Non-smoker
No history of substance abuse
Height and weight proportionate (Body Mass Index must be between 19-28)
No present use of anti-depressants, tranquilizers and/or mood stabilizers
No tattoos, piercings or acupuncture done in the last 12 months
Readily available transportation to the TFC office for appointments
Willing to self administer daily injections for 3-4 weeks
Have a flexible schedule
